Guest will receive an online contract that must be completed along with government-issued photo identification before their arrival.

The minimum age for making a booking is 25 years old.

For all adult group bookings, each guest must be verified and at least 25 years old.

To verify their age and identity, each guest in an all-adult group will be required to provide a photo ID, a selfie, and an address.

A payment link will be sent for a £500 security deposit, which is fully refundable upon a satisfactory check-out inspection.

Payment must be made at least 7 working days before check-in.

Please note that quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

Clarence House does not accommodate parties, events, stag or hen groups, or any similar gatherings.

Only verified guests can access the property; unauthorized guests outside of the booking are not allowed access to the premises or inside the property.

Please be aware that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

For bookings longer than 7 nights, linen and towels are changed once a week.

Additional changes can be arranged for a fee.
