The property was situated on a quiet street opposite a park, within easy walking distance to Windsor Castle and local shops. The cottage featured three toilets and a pullout sprung bed in the lounge, providing comfort for families. Facilities included an oven, hob, and washing machine that allowed self-catering. The house had historic charm with connections to a hymn written 200 years ago in the top room. A playground was located just outside the accommodation.
