The hotel offered excellent facilities and well-maintained gardens with a charming approach to Windsor. The staff provided outstanding service, being kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and occasionally upgraded with thoughtful touches like delicious cake. Breakfast was very good and rich in variety. The location was perfect for exploring Windsor Park and nearby attractions such as Virginia Water walks. Tennis courts and bike riding activities were available on the premises.
